Tina explains why she is leaving the Breakfast Show after almost 4 years on air with Neil.
It's been a tough decision:
Thank you for all the lovely messages that have flooded in wishing Tina and her family all the best in the future.
"It's been such a privilege to share our lives with you, and for you to trust us to do the same with yours - there have been so many highlights, and I've met so many fantastic and inspirational people - I am very blessed to count Cornwall as my wider family" says Tina
"Biggest hugs to you all"

So you may have seen the rounds on Social Media #22x22
Listener Paul Boase, has been in touch and asked us to take up the mantle of Challenge 22.
Needless to say - Tina's a bit rubbish - aching after her Day 1.
And ~Neil and Tina have nominated Jez Mancer - Mr Motivator for fitness to carry on the challenge! How are they going to keep it fresh for the next 3 weeks?!
Here's the 'rules'
There are 22 vets a day that are committing suicide, and this is a small way to raise awareness for that issue.
* Once you are nominated your 22 days start the following day.
* Every day you record yourself doing 22 push-ups. Try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted (from your knees) push-ups or that you have to stop and take a break that's fine but try to get them all done in one video.
* Every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this and/or have the ability to do it.
* And finally, have fun with this. This is a simple and fun way to get the word out about a matter that more people need to be aware about. These brave men and women put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and its sad that so many veterans feel that suicide is the only way out.
If you want to donate to Combat Stress to support UK Armed forces veterans dealing with PTSD on a daily basis - here's the details:
And if anyone would like to send some money to #combatstress which is what this is all about. Text PTSD4 to 70004
Followed by the amount you wish to donate (Options are: £1.50, £3, £5, £10) to 70004.
So, to give £5, you'd text PTSD4 £5 to 70004. To donate monthly, text COMBAT4 £3 (or other amount) to 70004. Text costs £3 / £5 plus network charge. Combat Stress receives 100% of your donation.
Obtain bill payer's permission before text donations

Have a great weekend, and be careful if you've not yet said those 'three little words'!
