Pirate FM Offers £2,000 Reward to Catch Horse Killer
Some time between the afternoon of Sunday 8th January and lunchtime the next day a horse was horrifically tortured to death at Stithians.
It is feared the stallion was sedated or shot with a stun gun, before being cut with a knife. Erik had his teeth smashed in and mane and tail cut. The other details of the attack are too distressing for Pirate FM to broadcast. The case caused a national outcry.
Such an act can not go unpunished. Pirate FM believes the person who did this has to be caught in order to face justice.
That is why we are putting up a £2,000 reward for information that leads to the conviction of whoever was responsible.
We have also received a number of donations from listeners around the County and to total reward money now stands at £5,210 in total for any information that leads to a conviction.
