Justice for Erik Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions are at the discretion of the Managing Director of Pirate FM, who will have absolute authority in terms of offer, payment and acceptance of applications for the reward or its variance.

• All information that may help secure a conviction must be passed directly to police. All claims for the reward must be received by Pirate FM in writing.

• The claimant must provide information which leads to the apprehension and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of the stallion Erik. The reward will be split, should more than one person supply this information.

• A claimant who assisted the perpetrators or acted as an accomplice or is a relative of any of those responsible for the attack will not be eligible to receive the reward or any part of it.

• A claimant who the Managing Director reasonably believes had prior knowledge of the attack will not be eligible to receive the reward or any part of it.

• Serving police officers or those employed by Devon and Cornwall Police or who are otherwise employed or contracted by law enforcement agencies will not be eligible to receive the reward or any part of it.
