Cornwall is set to keep its fifty pound off water bills discount.

It is claimed the Chancellor is poised to pledge it will carry on until 2015.

The rebate was brought in earlier this year, because we face some of the highest charges in the country.

George Osborne is expected to confirm it next Wednesday, when he makes a statement on the government's Comprehensive Spending Review.
