Snorkeler Dies On Cornish Holiday

A snorkeler has died after being pulled from the sea unconscious near Marazion.

Rescue crews were scrambled to Prussia Cove after the man got into trouble on Thursday afternoon.

It is thought people nearby fought desperatley to give him CPR while they waited for crews.

Police say the 52 year old holidaymaker was airlifted to Treliske but doctors could not save him.
