Cornwall's Worst Drink Drivers Revealed

Pirate FM has seen a list of Cornwall and Devon's worst breathalyser test results.
They include drivers stopped in Callington, St Columb, Helston and Newquay more than seven times over the limit.
One seventeen year old blew twenty times what is legal.
Inspector Richard Pryce said: "Not only are you going to lose your licence and have that endorsement on your licence, when you get it back, for ten years - but fundamentally it's about being involved in a collision, potentially losing your life or being involved in the death of someone else.
"If you lose your driving licence then you will potentially lose your job as well. Then you have the potential of losing your job as well."
Michelle Harrington from accident safety group RoSPA said: "Other road users are at greater risk if people are willing to take this chance. It really isn't worth it, living with the personal consequences of injuring or killing someone on the road is absolutely devastating - let alone the criminal charges you may face.
"It's vital that people hear those stories and hear from families that have been affected, that they hear from people who have been a drink driver, because people just don't think it will happen to them.
"Yes, they might be willing to get behind the wheel and take a chance but if they knew the implications that drink would have then they certainly would never do it."8:43am 16th October 2013
