The Cornish All Blacks welcome Ampthill expecting a tough test.
In the last three games Launceston will have played the top three sides in the league.
Head coach Cliff Rainsford says lessons need to be learnt after they lost to Hartpury last week: "We just got to make sure, especially in away games, that we start playing from minute one. We had a couple of decisions go against us in the first ten minutes which cost us a couple of scores and we were chasing the game from then on in and against top of the league sides it's very difficult to get yourself back in the game.
"It's nice to be at home, we've got that unbeaten record at the moment so we've got to keep that going. We went up there in one of the very first games of the season. We're a different team to what we were then and so are Ampthill but we've learnt a few lessons from there and we'll try and take them into Saturday's game."
