Man Stabbed In Saltash

A man has been stabbed in Saltash.
He was found at a property in Lynher Court on Sunday night with wounds to his back and legs.
Paramedics took him to Derriford but doctors say he will recover.
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of GBH and released on bail.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Officers were called to a property in Lynher Court around 9.45pm after an initial call from the ambulance service who were treating a man at the property.
"The victim, a man in his thirties from Saltash, suffered stab wounds to the back and leg and was taken to Derriford Hospital. His condition is not life threatening.
"Following police enquiries a 33 year-old man from Liskeard and a 24 year-old woman from Saltash were arrested for grievous bodily harm with intent and taken into police custody where they remain.
"It is thought the victims and suspects were known to each other."5:51am 15th July 2014
