Argyle Suffer Capital One Cup Defeat
7:22am 13th August 2014
Plymouth Argyle have gone out of the Capital One Cup on penalties.
The Pilgrims came back from being 2-0 down to Leyton Orient in the first half.
Last season's Sky Bet League 1 play-off finalists arrived at Home Park as heavy favourites and the shoot-out ended 6-5.
But Greens' gaffer John Sheridan is focussing on the positives: "Yeah it's a crying shame we've ended up losing the game but the character we've shown I thought was tremendous and I'll take a lot of things out of the way we finished the game really strong and the chances we created and lots of really good things from the game."
