A house, with an entrance no wider than the height of an average man, is up for sale in Redruth.

But the entrance on Barncoose Terrace opens out into a lounge, a kitchen and even a back garden.

Some of those that have been to look around have branded it a "Harry Potter house" because of the way it seems to magically transform.

That is if you can see past the narrow hallway of the two-bedroom property.

It will set you back almost £120,000.

Estate agent Sally Johns said: "It did used to be the servants' quarters of the property that is next door - so there is a lot of history behind it.House from rear

"It does have that quirkiness and a lot of people do like that - that it's not your bog-standard two up, two down property.

"A lot of people, you have to ask them to trust you when you take them over there. They walk in and it is very narrow, then, when you walk through, it is quite a surprise."
