The death of a man in Bodmin sparks an independent inquiry.

The police watchdog is being brought in.

Christopher Rothwell from Newquay was found collapsed on Dennison Road in August.

He later died in Treliske.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission says several people called with concerns for the welfare of the 46 year old.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area or saw what happened to get in touch.
