RUGBY: Redruth Go For Points
3:33pm 12th December 2014
Redruth look to nail a win - after losing three games on the bounce.
The Reds welcome Lydney this weekend.
Coach Steve Larkins says the boys are playing well and feeling confident: "Any team is going to struggle to win a game away from home, when you've given them 21 points as well, but overall with the performance we're pretty happy. The defence was good and we created lots of chances so it wasn't all negative stuff.
"Lydney are lying in 14th and we're in 11th so we really want to get this home win under our belts just to kick on a get out of that bottom section of the table. We really need to win this weekend and I'm sure they're going to come down wanting to jump above us in the league."
Elsewhere Launceston take on Taunton Titans and the Cornish Pirates travel to Bedford in the B&I Cup.
