Redruth RFC v. Worthing
7:03am 10th December 2011
Redruth look to make it four wins in a row.
Our lads are hosting Worthing at the Rec later.
The visitors are second placed in National Two.
We are down at sixth.
Director of Rugby Dave Penberthy is calling on supporters to rally round: "The crowd get behind us and when they do, the volume of noise they produce is quite intimidating for the opposition. It's down to us to start off well, build scores, get them behind us and use them as sort of, the sixteenth man if you like."
Worthing triumphed when the two sides met earlier in the season.
Dave says the Reds will be looking to settle that score: "We find that all sides who come down to Redruth want to put one over on us, and we're hoping for a huge crowd there because it's also Nathan Padrew's last game. Hopefully the atmosphere will be good, and they will find it daunting and we can take advantage of that."
