The Cornish Pirates prepare for one of their toughest away trips of the season.

Our guys travel to Bedford Blues later, after a home defeat the last time the sides met.

We are two places below in the Championship.

Forwards' coach Ian Davies said:

"They comprehensively beat us at home early in the competition and we've got to go there and return the favour. But Goldington Road is always a tough place to go because they play a good brand of rugby and seem to raise the game when they play against us"

"We know we're not playing particularly at the top of our game at the moment, but we're still at the top end of the table and that's what we're looking at. When we do click, somebody's going to get a really good hiding and there's no better place than Bedford to do that"
