Bird Fears Spark St Ives Fishing Ban

A fishing ban has been put in place across St Ives Bay.

Inshore trawlers are being stopped from landing sea fish, because of birds getting caught in their nets.

An area from St Ives Head to Black Cliffs is off limits for three weeks.

It could mean a fifty thousand pound fine.
