Rugby : Redruth vs. Dings Crusaders
7:01am 7th January 2012
Redruth welcome Dings Crusaders on Saturday hoping to get back to winning ways.
Our guys suffered a derby defeat to Launceston just before Christmas.
But director of rugby David Penberthy says with the visitors fighting for survival in League Two it is all to play for...
“We’ve got the memory of the defeat up at Launceston still very firmly fixed in our minds and we’re very keen to put that right. The Camborne game was a good run out for a few of the boys but it’s nice to get back to league action and get most of our first choice players back on the field and hopefully be able to do the job on Dings”
“They held Richmond very close a few weeks back at their place and of course they beat Clifton in their local derby just before Christmas. So they’re fighting for their survival at this level and they wouldn’t like anything better than to turn us over on our own patch. It’s up to us to make sure that doesn’t happen”7:01am 7th January 2012
