Cornish flood victims could set up a cooperative to protect their homes and businesses.

Locals in Pentewan say insurance policies are getting too expensive.

It is amid fears changes to government funding could push prices up even more.

Mick Hutchinson is backing the idea but says it is a final straw: "We don't think it's fair at all. It's a situation that we'd have to think about at the end of the day, it's not whether we want to think about it. We would have to think about it if insurance firms said, no, we're not insuring you".
