Cornwall Calls for NHS Alliance

A Cornish MP calls for a cross-party alliance to save the NHS from the controversial health bill.

St Ives' Andrew George wants it scrapped.

He claims it runs the risk of creating a service driven by private profit not patient care.

It comes as medical journal the Lancet claims a set of figures being used by the government to justify the overhaul are a 'myth'.
