It is revealed people in Newquay paid more than 325 thousand pounds on parking tickets.

Officials handed out more than 10 thousand in the resort last year.

Locals are calling for lower charges.

Cornwall Council insists it does not make a profit and says its main aim is making sure roads are not blocked by inappropriately parked cars.
