As sending a letter gets more expensive, a Pirate FM poll has learnt almost a third of people in Cornwall are stockpiling stamps.
First class will cost 60p from today.
Second goes up to 50p.
Royal Mail says that is still the lowest price in Europe.

My parents have bought a whole sheet of stamps; they've been stockpiling like crazy. It does seem a really big hit. Really what they need to do is increase it with inflation each year".
