Truro City fans have made a desperate plea for donations to help save their club.

On Friday, the side was given an extra week to pay a 50 thousand pound bond.

Now supporters have set up an online page.

Administrators say they are confident they will find a buyer.

Spokeswoman Kate Breese is thanking the players: "It's a difficult time for them and they have been very supportive. It's difficult enough to come out and play and do the best for the team in times like this.

"You've got to have a love of the game to be able to take this forward. But that's the type of people that we want to come forward that have the appetite and the interest to take it forward, not only financially, but to put their heart and soul into supporting the club and taking it forward."
