Parking Spaces to Sell for £50k Each
7:00am 5th November 2012
Five parking spaces in St Ives have gone up for sale for £50,000 each.
Estate agents Bradleys say they have already got about sixty people interested in the auction.
That is despite the cost being more than double the average wage.
The spaces are on the site of an old garage and garden on Barnoon Terrace and are about thirty seconds away from the picturesque seaside town, with its infamous parking problems.
Campaigners say they will probably be sold to second home owners.
A few months ago another space in the town controversially sold for £55,000.
