Hayle Attacker Loses Appeal

A Cornishman who was jailed for life over an horrific attack that left a Hayle mum blind has lost his appeal.
A High Court judge has upheld Shane Jenkin's sentence.
The 33 year old pleaded guilty to GBH after assaulting Tina Nash last year.
He will serve at least six years behind bars.
