Cornish Childminder Jailed Over Sex Abuse

A Cornish childminder has been jailed for sex abuse.
Truro Crown Court heard how Mitchell Sadler from Perranwell Station, near Truro, groomed a teenage girl online and with gifts before assaulting her.
A jury was told by Recorder Andrew Oldland QC, "You gave her presents and inveigled your way into her trust, You groomed her, you contacted her repeatedly using text messages or internet chat roms, expressing your love for her."
The 43 year old has been handed three and a half years in prison, and has been placed on the Sex Offenders' Register indefinitely.
