Beverley Warne
‘Bev the Boss' is the captain of the Pirate ship and is constantly having to employ her (not inconsiderable) management and leadership skills just to keep the stock cupboard replenished of tea and coffee to ensure the staff are happy and motivated.
Bev joined Pirate FM in 1994 as a Sales Executive and when no-one else could be found to fill the roles, she was soon promoted to Sales Manager, Sales Director and finally to her current position of Managing Director. Bev is multi lingual and it is often said by the staff that they can't understand a single word she says!
Andrea Hichens
Andrea has been at Pirate FM for nearly 10 years and probably has purple blood.
When she is not putting together highly successful advertising campaigns for clients she is feeding her snake Bruce (no, really!).
Andrea is a Cornish girl through and through and her favourite place to be, when she is not at Pirate FM is Gwithian beach.
Andrea originally trained as a P.A. but ironically has never worked as one - that was a waste of a year wasn't it? Well, actually no because she can type at 120 words a minute and in this fast moving environment that's a plus!

Bob McCreadie
Bob McCreadie was born at an early age in Southend on Sea in Essex, but don't hold that against him. He soon learned the error of his ways and moved to beautiful Cornwall!
Being a Presenter is the only thing he ever wanted to do from when he was quite little! He used to sit by the record player introducing the songs and reading out requests to his mum when he was about 5.........aah bless!
He's still little, although a fair bit wider, and his sense of humour hasn't evolved much since he was 5, but he has realised his ambition and is now regularly to be heard on your radios from 6 to 10 every weeekday and from 11 to 2pm on Saturdays !
When Bob's not busy waking up Cornwall he spends his time talking to the world via Amateur Radio. Bob's Ham callsign is G0FGX, and he has a pretty comprehensive radio station at home and another in his car, which allows him to chat with other hams all over the globe.
His other hobbies are Cornish Real Ale and good food. He then tries to minimise the effects by taking long walks with his wife Eve and their Westie Phoebe around the beautiful Cornish countryside.

Tristan Hunkin
Tristan spends most of his time working at extremes of the cultural spectrum. As well as studying Shakespearean representations of children in the nineteenth century (don't ask) he is also in charge of keeping Bob McCreadie in line on Breakfast.
He has worked at a dozen radio stations across the country (that total achieved, mostly thanks to the petty theft) but jumped at the chance to return to the southwest as Head of News at Pirate FM. He lives by himself, dreaming of the day that Keira Knightley moves in.
