Whatever the time of year, The Driftwood Spars offers you a warm and friendly welcome. It provides a comfortable environment in which to relax and enjoy a traditional family owned Cornish hotel and restaurant.

The Driftwood restaurant overlooks Trevaunance Cove serving fantastic food within an intimate and friendly atmosphere.Wherever possible we source our food locally, the village baker delivers bread daily and the village butcher delivers meats.

Our fish is generally landed in Newlyn (sometimes the South coast if it is too stormy) We endeavour to use local produce whenever possible. We offer a 40 bin wine list to complement your dinner. Our bar food menu also has delicious daily specials using seasonal fresh local produce.

As well as our light & airy restaurant we also have 3 cosy bars with real fires in the winter. In the summer we have 2 beer gardens, one which is off the coastal path with stunning seaviews. The Driftwood Brewery, St Agnes is brewing again. This is the first brew since the new owners took over in April 2007. Previously the micro-brewery produced a beer called Cuckoo, now it has created a new ale called Blue Hills Bitter, named after the hills that form the back drop to the brewery.
