We are highlighting Mental Health Awareness week, and support for carers is particularly pertinent.

Life can be stressful in general, but even more so when you have to put your life on hold to care for a loved one.  It can lead to a variety of emotions, from Anger to despair, guilt and hopelessness.  Perhaps we find coping strategies, perhaps we don't.

Author, Adam Sibley chat's to Pirate FM's Breakfast Show co-host, Tina Bessell about his mum, June, and his advice to other carers.
