North Cornwall Man Accused of Attemped Murder

There have been attempted murder charges after a woman was seriously hurt in north Cornwall.

Police were called to a house in Crackington Haven on Saturday.

Clint Warne from the village appeared before magistrates in Truro on Monday morning.

The 40 year old was remanded in custody to appear at Truro Crown Court on January 8th.

Devon and Cornwall Police said: "A man charged with attempted murder in Crackington Haven will be appearing before Truro Magistrates' Court at 10am on Monday 9 December.
 
"Clint Warne, 40, from Crackington Haven, was charged following an incident at a property on Saturday 7 December where a woman was seriously injured."
