The Plymouth boss is urging his team to put their FA cup disappointment behind them.

After going out of the competition they travel to take on Rochdale later.

John Sheridan says the team has got to prove they can bounce back: "It's down to the players, all I do is talk and tell them what they should be doing and everyone can talk a good game. But once you get out on the pitch that's where it is. I just hope the players can take out what they've been doing of late.

"Just had a really good Christmas and we're looking decent, looking a lot stronger. So ,we've just got to try and have a good January, February, March, right through to the end of the season. Win as many games as we can, make ourselves hard to beat which we are doing and we haven't done anything of yet."
