Plymouth Argyle have kept their play off dreams alive - by thrashing promotion chasers Fleetwood away 4-0.

It was the best display of John Sheridan's fourteen months in charge and means they have now won their last three away games.

Sporting fans of their opponents even applauded them off the pitch.

It moves them up to eighth in League Two.

Gaffer John Sheridan said: "I'm just the manager. I try to pick a team that's going to always get us a result - that's all I try to do.

"I don't say, 'Oh, I've picked the right time' or 'I've picked the right players' that's not my job.

"It's always nice to win a football match. It's all I want to do."

You can hear his full thoughts on the match here...
