Could the storms have led to a boom in dolphins, whales and sharks off Cornwall?

Marine wildlife experts in Falmouth say they're seeing record numbers of different species, including dolphins and whales.

Captain Keith Leaves speaks for AK Wildlife Cruises.

He says: "The sea's really got re-energized and there's lots of plankton blooming now which again, has brought in the basking sharks, but in that soup as well you've got mackerel and herrings and that's what's really brought in all these lovely cetaceans.

"There's all the basking sharks, these huge barrel jellyfish and then all these different cetaceans and the bird life. Yes, sightings have been absolutely fantastic and long may it continue; it does bode well for a very good summer."
