Cornwall To Keep Power Over European Money

It looks like the power to decide how Cornwall spends millions of pounds of European money will stay in Cornwall.

Ministers were planning to take control.

Now it is understood the government has done a U-turn after a campaign from business leaders, and local officials will keep the powers.

They were worried it could lead to job losses.
