Biker Seriously Hurt After Bodmin Crash

A biker from Looe has been airlifted to hospital with serious leg and chest injuries after a crash in Bodmin.
Debris was strewn across Dunmere road when the man, a car and livestock lorry hit yesterday afternoon.
Police are asking anyone who saw something to get in touch.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "The rider of the Yamaha YZF motorcycle is 61 and from Looe. He was taken to Derriford Hospital by air ambulance.
"He has sustained a serious leg injury which is described as life changing.
"The livestock lorry, registered to Bodmin, was carrying 11 cattle. None of the animals were injured.
"The other vehicle involved was a grey Audi A3, registered to Hampshire.
"The incident is being investigated by officers from the Force Serious Collisions Investigation Unit who carried out an examination of the scene.
"Dunmere Road reopened just after 9pm."
