A Cornish mum describes her 25 year battle with depression after the death of Robin Williams.

The Oscar winner who took his own life also had the condition.

He had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.

Annie from Camborne tells Pirate FM her depression started after the birth of her son.

She said: "When I was seriously poorly with it I just hid myself away.

"Times at the moment are quite hard, there is a lot of stress going on, and it's come back again, and it's that feeling in the morning when you've got nothing to get up for, you don't want to get out of bed, you don't want to speak to anybody.

"You become so self-conscious, you lose all your self-esteem, you lose any sense of worth, and depending on how bad it gets you just want to curl up in a corner and leave the world really."
