A security guard from Cornwall told not to come into work in case he has got ebola has described it as a "nightmare."

Sam Ogunnoiki says his bosses have told him to stay clear for three weeks after a holiday to Nigeria.

The African country has officially been declared free of the potentially deadly virus.

Sam says he was screened before flying home from a visit to his mum and tested negative.
