Newquay Man Avoids Jail

A Newquay man has avoided jail after admitting he spied on three children getting changed for a swim at a local holiday park.

Truro Crown Court heard how back in August Thomas Heard watched the two boys and a girl in a cubicle - for sexual gratification.

One shouted for an adult - who intervened and assaulted the 22 year old.

Heard has been given 140 hours unpaid work and told to sign the sex offenders register for five years.
