Emergency Services Scrambled To Crash Near Newquay

Police, paramedics and fire crews have been scrambled to a crash near Newquay.

One car was involved at Talskiddy near St Columb Major on Friday morning.

Firefighters from the town and Padstow made the scene safe.

A Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "One fire appliance from St Columb and another from Padstow attended a single vehicle Road Traffic Collision.

"All persons had been released from the vehicle prior to the arrival of the fire service.

"Crews made the scene safe.

"Police and Ambulance were also in attendance."
