UPDATE: Body found in Cornish woodland

A body has been found in woods in north Cornwall.

There are reports he is a young man, but that has not been confirmed.

Police were called to Trewarmett, between Tintagel and Delabole, on bank holiday Monday.

They say the death is not being treated as suspicious.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were notified to reports of a body being found on Monday 1st May 2017 at around 2.30pm.

"The body of a man was discovered deceased at the scene.

"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been prepared for the coroner."
