Police called over ice-cream van driver's behaviour

Parents in Cornwall have raised concerns about the behaviour of an ice cream van driver.

It has been reported that they think the man was taking photos of children.

Police have been involved after receiving several reports in Bodmin.

Officers say the man has been spoken to but no crimes have been committed,

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police have received reports from parents who are concerned about the actions of an ice cream man in Bodmin.

"The local neighbourhood team have identified and visited the man and strong words of advice have been given to him in relation to his behaviour.

"No crimes have been committed."
