A van and a tractor have been involved in a crash on Cornwall's A30.

The road was closed westbound at Fraddon near the services and traffic was queuing.

The tractor was towing a trailer when it happened on Thursday lunchtime.

Police say they don't think anyone was injured but there was debris on the road.

Highways were called to help in the clear up and the recovery work is now complete.

Both lanes have now re-opened and the road cleared at around 3.30pm

At the time, a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Police were called at around 12.50pm today (07/12) following a collision between a van and a tractor towing a trailer on the A30 near Fraddon.

"It appears to be non-injury but closures are in place due to debris and the need for highways to attend to assist with clear-up.

"One lane has already reopened, but we ask drivers to seek alternative routes."
