Appeal after burglary at primary school in Penzance

Police have launched an appeal after a primary school in Penzance was burgled.

Officers say whoever broke-in at Alverton School smashed a window.

A silver Apple Macbook Pro netbook computer was snatched overnight on Monday.

Anyone who saw something between 7pm and 7.45am on Tuesday morning is being urged to come forward.

A force spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward in connection with a report of burglary to a school in Toltuff Crescent, Penzance.

"A window was smashed. A silver Apple Macbook pro netbook computer with floral case was stolen.

"This took place sometime between 7pm on Monday 21 May and 7:45am on Tuesday 22 May 2018".
