PHOTOS: Airfield fire called 'shock act of vandalism'

Firefighters have been battling a blaze at an airfield in north Cornwall.

Burning tyres were found inside the historic WW1 bunker at Davidstow.

Bodmin Moor Commons tweeted pictures, branding it a "shocking act of vandalism".

Crews from Delabole and Launceston were scrambled to the disused building on Tuesday.

Launceston Fire Station tweeted: "One Appliance Assisted Delabole CFRS with a fire involving tyres within a disused building on Davidstow airfield".
