Cornwall's run of sun might be returning this weekend but not before an eerie fog has descended.

The Met Office is predicting temperatures in the mid to high 20s on Saturday and Sunday.

But if you were hoping to see a picturesque sunset on Friday evening, you might have been disappointed.

Places like Newquay, Carbis Bay and St Ives went from sunshine to sea mist in a matter of minutes!

Matt Moulding sent us the photo of Carbis Bay shrouded in mist, taken from his drone...

But never fear, it does look like the sun will burn it off across the weekend - the beach is calling!
