Teens caught fleeing demolition site in Bodmin

A warning has gone out after teenagers are caught fleeing a demolition site in Bodmin.

Police say the old Athelston House area in dangerous and is fenced off for a reason.

There have also been reports of thefts from the site and people are being urged to stay away.

Anyone who spots anything suspicious should contact officers.

"Just attended a report of youths having been seen entering the demolition site of the old Athelstan House in Bodmin.

"A mixture of 4 or 5 teenage boys and girls seen running away.

"This site is fenced off for a reason - it is not safe!

"Please do not enter the area - if you see others who have, please report to 101 or 999.

"There have also been thefts reported from the site - if anything / anyone suspicious seen, please get in touch."
