A little seal pup got a bit of a surprise on Cornwall's coast when bad weather hit this week.

The pup was caught out by a surging wave.

Photographer Billy Heaney caught the moment the pup washed up, somewhat shocked, on camera.

He shared the photos on twitter:

"This grey seal pup got caught out by this surging wave on a Cornish beach.

"He/she was all fine, just a bit soggy!"
