Shopper collapses in Truro M&S

Emergency services have been scrambled to Truro after a patient collapsed inside a shop.

Police and paramedics got the shout to M&S on Monday morning.

Two ambulances and the air ambulance were all called to the scene.

The nearby A39 had to be closed so the rescue helicopter could land.

Officials have not yet confirmed the condition of the shopper.

"SWASFT paramedics were called to M&S Truro after a patient collapsed at just after 10.30am.

"Resources sent were two ambulances and the air ambulance critical care team."
