The three-storey property looks out over the harbour and out to sea.

Called Harewood, it is the original Port Isaac surgery, much like Martin Clune's home in Doc Martin.

The property has been renovated and includes three bedrooms and a garden.

It is on the market for £560,000 and you can find out more here.

"Port Isaac's popularity is ever increasing, it's easy to see why with it's stunning, timeless harbour, and heritage.

"The addition of high end cafés and restaurants draw a new crowd of people along with the filming so even out of season it seems to be thriving and vibrant.

"There is lots to do and see, galleries, potteries, good pubs etc.

"Nathan Outlaw (at the top of the village) achieving Best Restaurant in the UK is another string to villages' bow, but above all there is a great community and the village works so well due to the families involved who have been here for generations.

"We are very fortunate to be able to be part of this special part of Cornwall".

The house was built in the Victorian-era but has been renovated

"The original Port Isaac surgery, Harewood is set in a privileged and elevated position. Harewood boasts both a generous garden and parking for up to 3 cars.

"The property, which has been tastefully renovated and still retains many original features, has proved itself as a successful holiday rental but would make an equally comfortable main residence.

What a location!

"This three-bedroom property is spaced over three stories comprising over 1,470 square feet.

"Open plan kitchen dining provides the perfect space for entertaining, whilst the conservatory leading on to the rear patio lends itself to al-fresco dining in the summer months.

"Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the first floor whilst the master suite enjoys scenic views of the harbour and out to sea."
