Published by Sarah Yeoman at 12:17pm 10th October 2018. (Updated at 2:57pm 10th October 2018)
Nearly the whole of the Cornish coast has gone on flood alert.
The Environment Agency says it is because of high tides on Wednesday evening.
It could cause overtopping and people are being urged not to drive through flood water of waves.
Alerts have been issued for the south coast at Mounts Bay, from Lands End to Lizard Point, Lands End to Lizard Point including Mousehole, Newlyn, Penzance, Longrock, Marazion, and Praa Sands, Lizard Point to Gribbin Head excluding Truro City, Gribbin Head to Rame Head and from Rame Head to Plymouth including tidal estuaries.
Then on the north coast, alerts are out for The Rumps to Hartland Point excluding Bude, Chapel Porth to The Rumps, Tidal River Camel excluding Wadebridge and Chapel Amble and from Lands End to Chapel Porth.
Two flood warnings, which are more severe, have been issued too.
They are in place for Lands End to Lizard Point and Mounts Bay.

"Flooding is possible over the high tide on Wednesday evening.
"High water at Newlyn is at 18:24, times of high water will vary along the coast.
"Elevated sea levels may cause flooding around the time of high tide.
"Conditions may apply two hours either side of the high tide. Expect tides to be around 250mm higher than predicted due to weather conditions.
"The forecast wind speed over the peak tide will be force 5 in a SSW direction.
"Do not drive through flood water or waves.
"Sea levels are set to peak on Wednesday afternoon, however large waves and strong winds are expected from Thursday morning.
"We are continuing to monitor the situation and will issue updates if the situation changes."
