A children's play area has been daubed in graffiti in Callington.

Police say the damage has been caused at the Saltash Road recreation ground.

Rude images have been spray pointed onto the slide and a decorative wheel on the zip wire has been broken.

It happened sometime between last Thursday and Friday and anyone who saw what happened is asked to get in touch.

Officers have shared an appeal on Facebook.

It comes just a few months after the new toddler equipment was vandalised in the same area.
