CCTV released after alleged burglary in Fowey

Police have released CCTV of a man they want to speak to after an alleged burglary in Fowey.

It was reported that a safe and a CCTV hard drive were taken from The Cornish Bakery.

Officers say it happened in the early hours one morning back in June on Fore Street.

They are now asking anyone who recognises the man in the photo to get in touch.

"Police are appealing to identify this man following reports of a burglary in Fowey.

"The incident happened on Monday 25th June between midnight and 5.50am at The Cornish Bakery on Fore Street.

"It was reported that during the incident a safe containing cash and a CCTV hard drive were taken from the premises.

"Police would like to identify the man pictured as it is believed he may have information vital to the investigation."

Anyone who recognises the man pictured is asked to contact police referencing crime number CR/056174/18.
